Crystal and silver,
One hundred acres to build a home
We are bound by a mineral
And the materials we think should impress.
Filling our mansions with loneliness.
Preoccupied
And our focus on superficial needs
Forgetting about fresh waters
The air,
The earth
And it’s trees
All things within our reach.
The simplicity of that is calming for me
I pray to God…
For not a heaven so great as yours
But, a heaven great enough for me.
Happiness is a product of simplicity.
